As a result of half a century of experience gained from Özgüneş Aluminum, which was established as a family company and which still operates, we started aluminum billet and aluminum profile production by our new investments.
Our integrated facility, established in Velimeşe Organized Industrial Area in Ergene district of Tekirdağ province, has a closed area of 15.000 m² on 23.000 m² land. It is planned as integrated factory which can produce from scrap to profile.
We are one of the major aluminum billet producers in Tukey. We always aim to produce the best quality billet of Turkey and Europe by improving quality day by day.
We aim to meet a considerable part of the market needs in Istanbul and Turkey. We also have a vision and goal of exporting to all over the world, especially to the European Union countries.
We use Hot Top Billet Casting System which is the world's most modern casting system, to offer the best quality billet to our customers. We have increased our capacity to 6.000 tons/month – 72.000 tons/year by new investments.
We continue to invest; to achieve our capacity target of 120,000 tons per year in near future and to provide the best quality productions to our customers in this direction.
We produce the best quality billets according to orders in different diameters such as 114,127, 140, 152, 178, 178, 203, 228, 254 mm and the form of aluminum alloys such as 6005, 6060, 6063, 6082, 6463 in international norms.
